Ingredients

  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 80 g suar
  • 300 g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Caramelize the sugar in a pan, roughly chop the nuts and add and coat with the caramel. Put the mixture on a greased tray and let it cool down.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and put in a cool place.
  3. Chop the nut brittle. Beat the egg in a bain-marie until foamy and let the sugar trickle in.
  4. Then beat in a cold water bath until cold. Fold the brittle and the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
  5. Pour into portion molds and freeze.
