Ingredients
- 100 g walnuts, round
- 150 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
- 60 g carrot (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion (s)
- 100 g oatmeal
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 125 g cheese
- 150 g potato (s)
- 100 ml water
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Chili powder

- Finely chop the onion and sauté. Finely chop the garlic. Peel the potatoes. Coarsely grate the cheese, carrots and potatoes. Mix all ingredients into a dough and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into patties and fry them in oil on both sides.
