- 250 g quark, 40% fat
- 200 ml milk, 3.5% fat
- 150 ml cream
- 30 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 grams flour
- 3 egg (s)

- Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add the quark, milk and cream and stir well. Sift in the flour, stirring carefully over and over again.
- Pour the batter into the prepared, greased casserole or tart dish. Spread the frozen or fresh raspberries on the dough and sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- Carefully place the dessert in the oven and bake for approx. 45 - 55 minutes at 180 - 200 ° C (no convection).
- Tastes particularly good with vanilla ice cream.
