Ingredients
- 500 g beans, white
- g 1,000 spinach
- 1 cup fennel - green, or dill, finely chopped
- 1 thick onion (s), finely chopped
- 0.5 ½ cup olive oil
- 500 g tomato (s), finely chopped
- 2 cup water
- salt and pepper

- Soak the beans in water overnight. Wash the spinach and cut into small pieces.
- Boil the beans in water for about 30 minutes and then drain them.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion, fennel, garlic and spinach. Add the half-cooked beans, tomatoes, water, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat.
