  • 1 small Head white cabbage
  • 2 onions)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 2 bunch dill
  • 2 tablespoon double cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash, quarter and cut into fine strips the white cabbage. Dice the onions and sauté with the cabbage in the hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and add 125 ml of cream. Simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat. In the meantime, chop the dill. Pour the double cream cheese in flakes over it and let it melt. Add the dill and serve.
