  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 cl Grand Marnier

Instructions

  1. Prepare the evening before:
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces, put the cream with the chocolate chips in a saucepan and melt over a mild heat. It is important that the whole thing does not boil. Then add the Grand Manier and leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Before serving, whip the chocolate cream with the hand mixer.
  4. Marinated citrus fruits or raspberry pulp or mango or whatever else the market offers and your imagination goes well with it.
