Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 6 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Heat 450 ml milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. In the meantime, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and cornstarch in a cup with the rest of the milk. Stir the mixture into the boiling milk, bring to the boil and remove from the stove. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the hot pudding, stirring until melted. Finally stir in the cream.
