White Garlic Sauce

Recently I tried pizza with creamy sauce and fell in love. I asked for the recipe, and now I’ll tell you how to make white garlic sauce. As it turned out, it can be served with both meat and fish!

Ingredients

  • Milk – 250 Grams
  • Hard cheese – 100 Grams
  • Basil – 50 Grams
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 3 Art. spoons
  • Spices – To taste (I recommend sea salt and Italian herbs mixture)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the flour.
  2. When the flour is browned, pour in the milk and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. further – the blackening of chopped or passed through a press of garlic. on low heat, bring everything together to a boil.
  3. Now add the grated cheese and spices and mix. When the sauce becomes thick and stringy, add chopped basil and remove the saucepan from heat.

The sauce is ready!
