Whitefish Fillet Kebab

Any fish with white meat is suitable for making such kebabs. Marinade for fish kebab is made from sour cream and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • Fillet of white fish such as halibut – 1 kg
  • Sour cream – 60 g
  • Lemon juice – 30 g
  • Butter – 25 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions (chopped) – 4 pcs.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 4 pcs.
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 30 g

Directions

  1. Switch on the grill or grill oven or grill pan to preheat to 240 degrees.
  2. Prepare the marinade. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice with sour cream.
  3. Cut the fillet into small pieces, salt and put in the marinade, mix well. Leave the fish in the marinade for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. String the fish on metal or wooden skewers soaked in cold water.
  5. Put fish kebabs on the grill, fry until tender, 5-10 minutes. During cooking, grease the kebabs with melted butter and the remaining marinade.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the side dish. Cut the onion diagonally, cut the lemon and tomatoes into slices. Put fish kebabs on a serving dish, sprinkle with green onions and parsley. Place tomato and lemon slices nearby.
