Ingredients

  • 800 g whole wheat flour
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
  • 1 cube yeast

Instructions

  1. Weigh the milk, water and butter into the mixing bowl. Add honey and yeast and heat for 5 minutes at level 1. The butter and yeast should then be liquid. Then weigh the whole wheat flour and add the salt. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise for 10 minutes.
  2. Shape 15 rolls and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees O / U heat.
