- 1 slice (s) toastie (s), (wholemeal toastie)
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 100 g spinach
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- some chili sauce

- Toast the toastie in the toaster. Beat the eggs, whisk in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the spinach, remove the stalks and add to the egg. Heat the oil in a pan and let the egg mixture harden in it.
- Spread the egg on the toastie and serve garnished with the chili sauce.
- Green tea goes well with this.
