Ingredients

  • 12 Vienna sausages
  • 6 pickled cucumber (s), large
  • 1 glass silver onion (s), drained weight 90 grams
  • 1 glass paprika in strips, drained weight 65 grams
  • salt and pepper
  • vinegar
  • Maggi, spice mix No. 4
  • Rapeseed oil or sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the wiener sausages and the pickled gherkins into small slices. Quarter the silver onions and finely chop the pepper strips. Mix everything together in a salad bowl. Season to taste with the spices and vinegar.
  2. The salad tastes best when it can sit in the refrigerator overnight. Possibly add seasoning.
  3. Serve with fresh rolls.
