Heat and melt 400g honey and 200g sugar. Let the honey mass cool down.
Mix 100g margarine and 4 eggs until frothy. Pour into the cooled honey mixture. Mix approx. 660 g wheat flour with cinnamon and baking powder, knead with a hand mixer. Then add the rest of the flour. Roll out the whole thing evenly and cut out the shapes: two roof sides, two side parts, one front and one back.

Let the house parts cool down completely after baking.

Beat 1 egg white very stiff and gradually add (250g) powdered sugar. Finally stir in the 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Now assemble the house slowly and carefully. Let the whole thing dry for at least 30 - 60 minutes.

Beat 2-3 egg whites, gradually add 500g of powdered sugar, then stir in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
TIP: If the frosting got hard too quickly, you can soften it with a little water. But not too much water otherwise it will become liquid and no longer stick.
