Wonderful Yeast Dough Pie

The first time I cooked a pie using this recipe and found a mistake. Corrected, kneaded an excellent yeast dough, and you got a wonderful cake! It even smells very tasty and appetizing, and it tastes like a song! This yeast cake won everyone who tried it! Please cook and check for yourself!

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Flour – 450 g
  • Milk – 240 ml
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 30 g
  • Condensed milk – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch

To grease the dough:

  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Condensed milk – 2 tbsp

To sprinkle on the cake:

  • Nuts (almonds)

Directions

  1. In the original recipe, which interested me, there was 1/3 less liquid (milk). Now everything is fine, checked!
    The butter should be soft, so we take it out of the refrigerator in advance and leave it at room temperature or in a warm place.
  2. We make a dough to activate and test the yeast. Add 1 tablespoon to the milk. spoon of sugar and flour, as well as all yeast. We leave the dough for a few minutes.
  3. Combine flour, dough, remaining sugar, salt and condensed milk in a large bowl. We knead the dough.
  4. Once the dough is collected in a ball, you can add butter (soft).
  5. The dough is soft, elastic … Very good!
  6. Let the dough rise under the film and double in volume. It takes just over an hour in time.
  7. Next, to grease the dough, we need butter and condensed milk. Melt the butter and mix it with condensed milk.
  8. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer 0.5 cm thick. Lubricate the dough with a mixture of melted butter and condensed milk.
  9. Using a knife or roller, cut the oiled dough sheet into 24 identical rectangles.
  10. We collect the blanks in piles of 3 pieces and put them on the edge in a cake pan (diameter – 25 cm). We try to distribute evenly. It turns out a cake in the form of a flower.
  11. We give the pie a good distance under the film in a warm place, about 30-40 minutes.
  12. After 30 minutes, turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees.
    Chop the nuts with a knife.
  13. Grease the spaced cake with the remnants of butter with condensed milk and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  14. We bake a yeast dough pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. I know for sure, start baking, wait for the guests! The aroma from the oven is magical!
  15. Take the finished yeast pie out of the mold onto the wire rack. Let the cake cool down a bit and you can taste it!
