Instructions

  1. Put salted water in a saucepan, add turmeric, then add the rice and cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. Wash the meat and cut into 3-4 cm wide cubes and season with salt and pepper. Heat the fat in a pan and sear the meat on all sides. Mix in the sambal oelek. Cut the banana into small cubes and add to the meat. Fry until the banana is overcooked. For this, the banana has to be ripe and soft. Cut the peaches into small cubes and add.
  3. Reduce the heat and after about 2 minutes add the cream and about 100 ml of the peach juice. The amount of peach juice determines the sweetness of the dish. If you don`t like it that sweet, you are welcome to add less or, if necessary, do without it altogether. Season well with curry until everything has turned a light yellow color. If necessary, add half a teaspoon of turmeric for coloring. Then simmer until the sauce is creamy.
  4. Drain the rice in a colander. Put some butter in the pan and toss the rice in it. Then serve the rice with the meat and the sauce on a plate.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
