Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 300 g zucchini, not too bi
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 pairs sausages (Debrecziner) or other paprika sausages

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut in half, cut into thin rings and sauté in the oil until soft. Cut the zucchini into thin rings. Clean the peppers, quarter them and cut into thin strips.
  2. Steam both for 10 minutes in the onion oil until crisp, season very well with the spices. Cut the Debrecziner into slices and cook for 5 minutes. Baguette goes best with it.
