Zucchini “Bezdelitsa” Snack

How easy and tasty to spend the whole summer? Today I will answer this question. A quick meal that can be served hot or cold. Tasty, aromatic, and a little spicy! In a word, a “trifle” of zucchini!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Sweet pepper – 3 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 150 ml
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Hot pepper – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Everything is prepared very easily. Prepare all the ingredients and your meal will be ready in a few minutes!
  2. Cut the onion into thin strips and begin to fry in vegetable oil. When the onion is golden, remove it from the pan.
  3. Cut the bell peppers into strips and fry them in a small amount of vegetable oil over high heat for 4 minutes. Put the fried bell peppers to the onion.
  4. Cut the courgettes into small cubes and cook until light golden brown.
  5. Now we connect everything. Return the onion and bell peppers to the finished zucchini.
  6. Add sour cream. We clean hot peppers from seeds, cut them into thin half-rings and also send them to the pan. Add salt and black pepper.
  7. Stir, reduce heat and cook zucchini with pepper and onion for about 10 minutes, let all the flavors “get married”.
  8. Finely chop the greens and squeeze the garlic through a press.
    A minute before the zucchini is ready, add the herbs and garlic to the pan.
  9. Zucchini “idle” is ready!
