- 2 small zucchini
- 2 medium tomato (s)
- 1 slice (s) sheep`s cheese
- some basil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- some olive oil

- Wash the zucchini well and cut into slices. Fry in olive oil for 5 minutes, dice tomatoes and add. Cut the sheep`s cheese into small pieces and add towards the end. Stir well until the cheese has melted.
- Add pepper, salt and plenty of basil.
