Zucchini Fried in Breadcrumbs and Sesame Seeds

An original and delicious appetizer – zucchini fried in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. The fried zucchini recipe that I recommend to you is simple and unpretentious.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Young zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Starch – 3 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Bread crumbs – 100 g
  • Sesame – 50 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil for frying – how much will it take (4-5 tablespoons)

Directions

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
  2. Place the zucchini in a deep container and season with salt. Leave for 5-10 minutes to let the zucchini juice.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine the starch and soy sauce.
  4. Beat in 1 chicken egg and beat well with a cooking whisk or mixer.
  5. Mix the sesame seeds and bread crumbs.
  6. Dip the zucchini into the egg mixture.
  7. Roll in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
  8. Heat a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil. Put the zucchini in the heated oil and fry on both sides over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side.
  9. Zucchini, fried in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds, is ready!
