Zucchini Pancakes with Crab Sticks and Cream Cheese

Zucchini pancakes are an indispensable summer dish on every table. For a variety of tastes, I propose to cook such pancakes with crab sticks and processed cheese, the dish turns out to be very tender and tasty.

Ingredients
Zucchini (medium) – 1 pc. (150-200 g)
Crab sticks – 150 g
Processed cheese – 100 g
Wheat flour – 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2-3 tbsp
If desired, the processed cheese can be held in the freezer to make it easier to grate.
Directions
Grate crab sticks on a fine grater.
Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze lightly, and drain off excess juice.
In a deep bowl combine grated zucchini, crab sticks, and cream cheese. Add egg and mayonnaise. To stir thoroughly.
Add flour and salt. Mix thoroughly again until smooth. The pancake dough is ready.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the dough into the pan for about 1-2 tbsp, forming pancakes. Fry pancakes over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden.
If desired, the fried pancakes can be laid out on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Fancy zucchini, crab sticks, and cream cheese pancakes are ready. Serve them to the table, adding sour cream, mayonnaise, or any other sauce to your taste if desired. Bon Appetit!
