Eggs Stuffed with Crab Sticks

  • Eggs – 5-6 pcs.
  • Crab sticks – 100-150 g
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g (to taste)
  • Salt – on the tip of a knife (to taste)


  1. Products for making stuffed eggs with crab sticks.
  2. Hard boil the eggs. To do this, pour the eggs with cold water, bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Drain boiling water, pour cold water, cool, clean.
  3. Cut the eggs in half.
  4. Take out the yolks and grind.
  5. Chop the crab sticks.
  6. Chop the onion very finely, scald with boiling water, put on a sieve and dry.
  7. Combine the yolk, crab sticks and onion, salt and stir.
  8. Add mayonnaise in such an amount that the resulting mixture is not liquid. Mix.
  9. Fill the egg whites with the prepared mixture.
  10. Then connect the halves
  11. Then pour over the eggs stuffed with crab sticks with mayonnaise. Decorate as desired. The eggs stuffed with crab sticks are ready.
