Ingredients

  • 200 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 200 g flour (rye flour)
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 100 g rains (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • Fat for the baking pan

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except for the water in a bowl and mix together briefly. Now add the water and stir for 3 minutes with the hand mixer (dough hook) on the highest level. Grease a loaf pan and add the batter. Smooth out the surface of the dough in the baking pan, sprinkle with a few grains if necessary and cut into about 1 cm deep.
  2. Place on the middle rack in the not (!) Preheated oven, set it to 190 ° C with top and bottom heat and bake the bread for 60 minutes.
  3. When the bread is cold, it can fall out of the baking pan.
