A Simple Crème Brulee Recipe

Ingredients

  • Vanilla extract – 1
  • Egg Yolk – 10 Pieces
  • Sugar – 3/4 Cup
  • Coarse sugar – 6 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. Pour the cream into a saucepan and add the vanilla extract.
  2. Heat the mixture over low heat.
  3. Place 10 egg yolks in a bowl.
  4. Add sugar and then whisk for a few minutes.
  5. Beat the egg yolks with a mixer for about 1 minute.
  6. Strain the cream through a fine sieve.
  7. Vanilla cream already has an incredible taste.
  8. Slowly pour the vanilla cream into the egg yolks, whisking.
  9. Do not forget to remove the foam with a spoon.
  10. Place the molds on a baking sheet and pour over the cream.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle the surface of the crème brulee with coarse sugar.
  13. We melt sugar using a special igniter.
  14. You should get a hard brown crust.
