Ingredients

  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 200 g chocolate (After Eiht)
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 150 g yourt (whole milk)
  • 12 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Warm up the cream. 4 Set after eight tablets aside for decoration. Add the remaining tablets to the cream and bring to the boil while stirring constantly. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next day, beat until stiff with the whisk of the hand mixer, gradually pouring in the two packets of cream stiffener. Finally, briefly stir in the yoghurt.
  3. Place 3 ladyfingers in each glass. Distribute the cream in the glasses. Halve the After Eight tablets that have been set aside and decorate the cream with them. Chill until ready to serve.
