Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate mint tablets or other chocolate (dark, white, whole milk)
- 4 tablespoon sugar, possibly less
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 40 g cornstarch

- Chop up the chocolate mint bars (or chocolate). Put the milk in a saucepan and keep some of it. Add the chocolate to the milk and let it melt. Then bring to the boil.
- Stir 40 g cornstarch and 4 tablespoon sugar into the rest of the milk and add to the boiled chocolate milk. Bring to the boil again until the pudding is firmer.
- Transfer the pudding into bowls and allow to cool. If desired, a little less sugar than 4 tablespoon can be used.
