Put all ingredients in a mixing vessel. Peel the garlic bulbs and add the cloves whole to the mayo. Everything else in addition. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Mix everything with the magic wand (the garlic will be very fine). Let it steep in the fridge a little.
