Ingredients

  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 25 g almond (s), peeled
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Grind the 75g peeled almonds into a fine powder and knead together with the marzipan, lemon juice, and powdered sugar until fully combined.
  2. Shape the dough into 15 small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press one almond into the center of each ball.
  3. Bake at 175°C (347°F) for 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
