Ingredients

  • 200 g almond sticks
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, dark, chopped
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Toast the almond sticks with the sugar in a pan until golden brown and allow to cool. Chop the dark chocolate.
  2. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, then pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar and keep beating until the sugar has dissolved. Fold in the chocolate and almonds.
  4. Now place small heaps with two teaspoons on the tray and bake for about 25 minutes.
  5. When the piles of almonds have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
