  • 280 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 90 g butter
  • 215 g cream
  • 125 g raspberries, fresh
  • 30 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. First, put the flour with the baking powder, sugar, salt and butter in a bowl and stir into a crumbly dough. Now add the cream, raspberries and flaked almonds and mix the mixture very gently with a spatula so that it binds.
  2. Now put the mixture on a floured work surface and press it together very lightly with your hands, but do not knead through. As soon as the mass has a round shape, it is pressed flat to a height of about 2 - 3 cm. The shape should be about the size of a breakfast plate. Now quarter the round scones shapes with a knife and then divide the quarters again so that you get eight pieces.
  3. Now bake the scones at around 200 ° C for 18-20 minutes, then take them out of the oven and let them cool down. The almond raspberry scones are ready.
