Apple and Cottage Cheese Casserole

Delicate apple and curd casserole with a rich aroma.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Apples – 300-400 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 3-5 tbsp
  • Semolina – 3-5 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 2-3 tbsp
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Sour cream – 50-70 g

Directions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and semolina. Peel and seed apples. Grate on a coarse grater. Add to the curd mass.
  2. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees. Cover the form with foil, grease with oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Put the curd-apple mass into a mold. Place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Then remove the casserole and grease it liberally with sour cream. Place the cottage cheese casserole with apples in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  5. Then turn off the oven, but leave the casserole inside until it cools – then it will brown better.
  6. Cottage cheese casserole with apples is ready.
