- 2 m. Apples, (Braeburn)
- 150 g wheat flour
- 130 g wheat flour (whole rain)
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 320 ml buttermilk, natural
- 1 egg (s), L
- 2 teaspoons, leveled cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 packet vanilla flavor
- 150 g suar, brown
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 100 ml oil, neutral

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and roughly grate.
- Spices, egg, liquid ingredients and brown sugar in one bowl, mix the dry ingredients in another bowl. Add moist to dry ingredients and stir in. Fold in grated apple and chopped walnuts.
- Pour into well-greased muffin molds (3/4 full) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- The muffins rise nicely, but collapse again, which doesn`t detract from the taste.
