Instructions

  1. Quarter and peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into small pieces, then place in a tall container. Add the vinegar, oil, pepper and salt. Puree everything with a hand blender until it is a homogeneous mass. Add a little more sugar to taste.
  2. I add the lemon juice, depending on the type of apple, so that the sauce doesn`t turn brown when it stands for a long time. If the sauce is too thick, add a little sparkling water.
  3. Super delicious with a mixed platter of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh mushrooms, etc.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
