  • 3 slices white bread, from the day before
  • 8 tablespoon coffee cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 400 g minced pork
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme, dried
  • 3 apples
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Soak the bread in coffee cream and 7 tablespoons of water. Chop the onion. Make a meat dough from the minced meat, bread, milk and the onions, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Peel, core and roughly grate the apples and mix into the meat batter.
  2. Grease a loaf pan. Pour the meat dough into the mold, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and sprinkle with flakes of butter. Bake at 175 ° C for 60 minutes.
