Ingredients

  • 270 g butter
  • 290 g suar
  • 960 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 15 g salt
  • 300 ml milk
  • 60 g yeast
  • Butter-vanilla flavor
  • 1 can / s apricot (s)

Instructions

  1. For the yeast dough:
  2. Put 660g wheat flour, 300ml milk (lukewarm), 60g yeast, 14g salt, 70g butter, 90g sugar all together and knead slowly for 2 minutes and quickly for 3 minutes. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
  3. Then roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and take another 20 minutes. let rest.
  4. For the sprinkles:
  5. Knead 200g butter, 200g sugar, 300g wheat flour, salt and vanilla flavor together with your hands until crumbly.
  6. Now cover the yeast dough base with apricots and sprinkle the crumble on top.
  7. Bake the whole thing at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  8. TIP: Also tastes good with other fruits & fruits
