Ingredients

  • 4 slices toast
  • 4 slices cheese (your choice)
  • 16 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Place a slice of cheese between two slices of toast.
  2. Arrange 4 bacon strips overlapping on a cutting board. Place the cheese sandwich in the middle and wrap the bacon ends around it.
  3. Arrange the remaining 4 bacon strips perpendicular to the first layer and wrap them around the sandwich until it is completely wrapped in bacon.
  4. Fry over medium heat for 5-8 minutes per side until the bacon is crispy.
  5. Cut into triangles and serve.
