Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 small Can (s) peas
  • 2 vegetable onion (s)
  • 1 bag cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 pack ham (Katenschinken), diced
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip
  • some sugar
  • some margarine

Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips and wash. Peel and halve the vegetable onions and cut into strips. Drain the peas in the sieve.
  2. Now put the Chinese cabbage, the onions, the grated Gouda cheese and the peas in a bowl and mix with the Miracel Whip. Add a little sugar to taste.
  3. Melt some margarine in a pan and fry the diced ham in it.
  4. Pour the finished ham hot over the salad and allow to cool. Stop stirring and serve immediately.
