- 4 apples (Boskoop)
- 200 ml amaretto
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- some butter
- some sugar

- Mix the ground almonds with the raisins, cinnamon and 150 ml amaretto and leave to soak for approx. 2-3 hours. Core the apples with a cookie cutter. Put the apples in a greased dish. Pour the almond mixture into the apples and cover with a pinch of butter. Pour in the remaining amaretto and place in the oven preheated to 175 ° for approx. 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the apple). Make sure that there is always some liquid in the mold. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar just before serving.
- Vanilla sauce tastes good with it, or chocolate sauce for something very sweet.
- For children, simply replace the amaretto with children`s punch.
