Ingredients

  • 1 white bread, Italian, (ciabatta, 500 g)
  • 400 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 100 g rocket
  • 3 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 300 g mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter tomatoes. Cut bread into thick slices. Wash the rocket, pat dry and finely chop. Mix with pesto and oil.
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread the herb mixture and tomatoes on top, season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into thin slices, pour over. In the preheated oven at 225
