  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g crème fraîche, with herbs
  • 0.5 bag ½ / s cheese, grated
  • 1 ciabatta or bread your choice
  • Cayenne pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the zucchini and carrot. Then add the creme fraiche and grated cheese and stir everything together. Season to taste with the squeezed garlic, salt and cayenne pepper. Cut the bread into slices, distribute the mixture on top and bake under the grill until it is lightly browned.
