  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 2 lemon (s), juice it
  • 0.5 ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small, fine slices. Put in a bowl, mix with lemon juice, olive oil and oregano and season with salt and pepper. Mix well again so that the spices go everywhere.
