Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and finely mash the banana. Roughly chop the block chocolate.
Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer until frothy. Stir the banana puree and egg into the cream. Thoroughly mix the oat flakes with the flour, baking powder and salt and stir into the batter. Mix in the block chocolate.
