Banana Curd Pancakes

Small curd pancakes with banana. They are eaten very quickly because they are delicious!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese – 500 g
- Bananas – 2 pcs.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 4 tbsp
- Sugar – 4 tbsp (taste)
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 3 tbsp
Directions
- Grind cottage cheese with sugar. Add eggs, stir. Then add the bananas, grated on a fine grater. Add flour. Mix everything well with a spatula.
- Put the cooked banana curd mass with a spoon in a well-heated frying pan with butter. Fry the banana cottage cheese pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Delicious curd banana pancakes are ready! Serve with sour cream and jam.
