Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 grams flour
  • 50 g flour (whole rain)
  • 50 g almond (s) or nuts, round
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

For the second dough:

  • 2 medium banana (s)
  • 180 g low-fat quark
  • 170 g suar, (see note)
  • 70 ml oil
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • possibly chocolate bars (Mars bars or chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Place all ingredients for Mixture 1 in a bowl, mix and set aside.
  3. Peel the bananas, break into pieces, place in another bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and quark and puree with the hand blender or in a blender.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients from mixture 2 and stir well.
  5. Now add mixture 1 to mixture 2 and stir and fold in until everything is mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake in the oven for approx. 30-35 minutes.

  8. Put a tablespoon of batter into the muffin pan, then press a piece of Mars bar or a small piece of chocolate into the batter and cover with the remaining batter.
  9. Note: Caution, possibly reduce the amount of sugar depending on the ripeness of the bananas!
