- 3 egg (s)

- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder

- Mix the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mash and fold in the bananas. Then mix the nuts, flour and baking powder together and then mix in with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the dough into a muffin pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. The amount of dough is enough for 20 muffins or a loaf pan. However, the baking time must be increased for the loaf pan.
