Instructions

Bring the water, rum and sugar to the boil. Cut the peeled bananas into this sugar solution, cook for 1 minute. Then lift it out with a sieve spoon and divide it over 2 glass plates.
Add cocoa, crumbled chocolate and instant coffee to the syrup and dissolve while stirring.
Dip a tablespoon in hot water and use it to scrape thick shavings from the vanilla ice cream, add to the bananas and pour the sauce over the dessert.
Tip:
If you don`t like bananas, you can replace them with pineapples.
