Ingredients
For the dough:
- 450 g flour, sifted
- 250 ml water
- 1 packet dry yeast or /2 cube fresh yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon salt
For covering:
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 vegetable onion (s), cut into strips
- 250 ml barbecue sauce
- 1 small can maize, drained, approx. 300 g
- 1 small Can (s) kidney beans, drained, approx. 400 g
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 200 g bacon or bacon in thin strips
- 200 g mozzarella, rated, or cheddar cheese

- Put all the ingredients for the dough into a yeast dough. Knead vigorously and well. If the dough no longer sticks to your finger, it`s good. Then let it rest for about an hour.
- Sweat the chopped garlic cloves in a saucepan with a little oil. Add the steak or BBQ sauce, Worcester sauce and the chillies. Bring to the boil briefly. Then mix in the corn and kidney beans. Let simmer a little. Stir gently so that the beans stay whole. Put aside.
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and let it rest for about 10 minutes. I punch small holes all over the dough with a fork so that it rises again better. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Spread the sauce from the pot evenly on the dough. Then distribute the grated cheese. Finally, lay out the onion strips and the bacon. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. The pizza is ready when the cheese begins to turn golden brown.
