Beef Lagman

Beef lagman is a very delicious homemade dish that will amaze you with its juiciness and bright taste. Be sure to please guests or household members with lagman. Everyone will remain satisfied and well-fed!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Beef (pulp) – 500-600 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 300 g
  • Tomatoes – 300 g
  • Carrots – 120 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1-1.5 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Dill greens – 2-3 branches
  • Parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

    For noodles:

  • Wheat flour – 250 g + for working with dough
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Break the egg into the flour and add salt. We mix.
  2. Pour in water and 1.5 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  3. Knead the elastic dough. We cover the dough with cling film or a bag, leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse the meat and dry it with a paper towel. We cut off all veins and films from the meat. Cut the meat into arbitrary pieces.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We spread the meat and fry until all the juice evaporates.
  6. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  7. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes.
  8. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
  9. Add onions, carrots, and garlic to the meat and fry for 7-8 minutes.
  10. Fill the tomatoes with boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then dip them in cold water and peel them.
  11. Peel and cut the pepper into strips.
  12. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  13. Put peppers and tomatoes in a pan, salt, and pepper. Simmer under the lid until the meat is cooked (40-50 minutes).
  14. 20 minutes before the meat is ready, put a pot of water on heating. Bring water to a boil, salt.
  15. We spread the dough on a table well dusted with flour. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. The dough should be dusted with flour on both sides.
  16. We fold the dough into a loose roll.
  17. Cut the dough into noodles with a sharp knife.
  18. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
  19. We discard the noodles in a colander and rinse them with water.
  20. Grind the greens.
  21. Serve noodles with meat and vegetables, sprinkle with herbs. Beef lagman is ready.
