Ingredients

  • 1 small shallot (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • some clarified butter
  • 1 beef steak (s), approx. 200 g
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g crème fraîche leeré with herbs

Instructions

  1. Dice shallot and slice mushrooms.
  2. Heat the clarified butter and fry the steak in it for 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish in the preheated oven. Continue cooking at 175 ° C for approx. 8 - 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, fry the mushrooms and shallot in the frying fat. Add crème fraîche and stir well. Serve with the steak.
  4. Duchess potatoes or croquettes go well with this.
