Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms and Cream

Beef stroganoff is a delicious and incredibly popular dish! In this recipe, beef is harmoniously combined with champignons, onions and cream. It turns out to be a good dish for a dinner table or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beef Tenderloin – 1 Kilogram
  • Champignons – 250 Grams
  • Cream – 1 Glass
  • Bay leaf – 3-4 pieces
  • Vegetable oil – To taste
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
  2. Add the thinly sliced ​​mushrooms. Fry until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  3. Cut the beef into thin slices.
  4. Add beef to onions and mushrooms. Continue to fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add flour, cream and bay leaf. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then simmer, covered, until the meat is tender. The fire should be minimal.
