Ingredients
- 0.75 liter ¾ beer
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 1 kg preserving sugar

- Mix the beer with the preserving sugar, the vanilla sugar and the pinch of cinnamon and cook for about 2 minutes. Pour into glasses after skimming.
